ST MARYS LOGISTICS LLC ("St Marys Logistics," "we," "us") operates an SMS text messaging program for operational communication with our drivers, contracted carriers, freight brokers, and shipping and receiving facilities. This policy explains how that program works and how we handle your information.

What messages we send

We send operational messages only. These include:

Load assignments and load details
Pickup and delivery appointment times and changes
Facility check-in instructions and gate information
Load status updates and delivery confirmations
Requests for documents such as bills of lading and proof of delivery

We do not send marketing, advertising, or promotional text messages.

How you consent

You provide your mobile number to St Marys Logistics directly — during carrier or driver onboarding, when booking a load, on a signed rate confirmation, or by asking your dispatcher to send you text updates. We only message numbers that have been given to us for this purpose.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on active load activity. You will typically receive messages only while a load is in progress.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. St Marys Logistics does not charge for these messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further after that.

To resubscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or call (470) 305-1515.

How we handle your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information is used solely to deliver the operational messages described above. We share it only with the service providers who transmit our messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

We retain your number only as long as needed for our business relationship and to meet recordkeeping requirements.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
